Mr. K.V.N. Rao is the CMD chairman cum managing director and founder. The entire ideology will revolve around his leadership by being the most authentic in dealing with the services that are a part of the group. He worked in different ranks in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Ministry of Home Affairs for 26 years and took Voluntary Retirement. During his tenure (1984-2010) in CISF he worked in different wings and received so many National awards. He was lauded for saving the Chairman & Managing Director of J.M.Baxi& Co, children, and many other people during the terrorist attack on 26th November 2008 at the Trident Hotel (Oberai) in Mumbai when he was posted on duty as PSO (Personal Security Officer) for All India Fertilizers Association Chairman Mumbai. Guidance and the rule are the two major prospects that are to be dealt with while being able to enhance a service. While dealing with security services it is always an essential fact to have perfect leadership and that is being followed by Pyramid Group at all levels.
